2) postscript PS files
Manuscripts should have
1) NO PAGE NUMBER whatsoever
2) NO HEADER
3) NO FOOTER
Any header, footer and page number will be added later
Manuscripts should use the format as in the example file,
which your final paper should look like.
If you are a LaTeX user see below.
Colour figures and images may be included, but will appear in the printed proceedings
in black and white.

Submit manuscripts by Email (most prefered) or FTP as described below.

Include your manuscript as an attachment to your email.
Before emailing, please compress the manuscript using
PKZIP or WINZIP (DOS + WINDOWS)
or COMPRESS or GZIP (UNIX)
or STUFFIT (Mac)
Your email will be acknowledged within 1-2 days of receipt.

Before uploading, please compress your manuscript using any of the tools listed under EMAIL above.
After uploading, please send an email to

stating the name of the uploaded file, the conference name, and the paper ID number.
