Project Title: A sensitivity analysis of side-view mirror design parameters

Structure borne and airborne vibration can impair a driver's vision through the rear view side mounted mirrors of automobiles. The purpose of this study is to model an existing side mounted mirror, validate the accuracy of the model via experimentation and then perform a sensitivity analysis to establish which physical and geometric parameters effect the mirrors response to excitation the greatest.
